NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING

 

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that on the 1st day of April 2021 at 6:30 p.m., the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS for the Village of New Milford, Illinois, shall convene at the Village Hall, 6771 11th Street, Rockford, IL 61109 to consider the following described zoning matters:

  1. A Text Amendment under Section 21-60 of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of New Milford to add Farms Markets to Sections 21-29(2) and 21-39; Section 21-39 to add Weddings in an RR Rural Residential District.
  2. A request for a Special Use Permit under Section 21-58 to Section 21-29 and Section 21-39 of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of New Milford to allow a Farmers Market for the property commonly known as 6934 11th Street, Rockford, Illinois (PIN: 15-24-377-003).
  3. A request for a Special Use Permit under Section 21-58 to Section 21-39 of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of New Milford to allow Weddings for the property commonly known as 6934 11th Street, Rockford, Illinois (PIN: 15-24-377-003).
  4. A request for a Special Use Permit under Section 21-58 to Section 21-39 of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of New Milford to allow Film Photography for the property commonly known as 6934 11th Street, Rockford, Illinois (PIN: 15-24-377-003).

Members of the public are invited to attend this public hearing, at which time an opportunity will be given to address the members of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
