NOTICE OF BOARD OF TRUSTEE HEARING
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that on the 12th day of October 2021 at 6:30 p.m., the BOARD OF TRUSTEES for the Village of New Milford, Illinois, shall convene at the Village Hall, 6771 11th Street, Rockford, IL 61109 to consider the following described zoning matters:
- A request for a zoning map amendment upon annexation to IL Industrial District zoning classification for the property located at 6421 11th Street, Rockford, Illinois 61109, PIN 15-24-151-009. (McQuality)
- A request for a zoning map amendment to IL Industrial District zoning classification for the property located at 6405 11th Street, Rockford, Illinois 61109, PIN 15-24-151-008. (McQuality)
- A request for a Special Use Permit under Section 21-46(h)(4) of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of New Milford to allow a storage facility for the property commonly known as 6421 11th Street, Rockford, Illinois, and 6405 11th Street, Rockford, Illinois (PINs 15-24-151-008 and 15-24-151-009)
Members of the public are invited to attend this public hearing, at which time an opportunity will be given to address the members of the Board of Trustees.
