ANNUAL BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR CORPORATE AND AMBULANCE PURPOSES OF NEW MILFORD FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING MAY 1, 2021 TO APRIL 30, 2022
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the New Milford Fire Protection District of Winnebago County, Illinois, and Ogle County, Illinois, has made a copy of a Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance and has kept it available for public inspection at the New Milford Fire Protection District Fire House in Winnebago, Illinois, for at least thirty (30) days prior to final action thereon; and
WHEREAS a public hearing was held on said Bud-get and Appropriation Ordinance on the 24thday of May 2021, a notice of the time and place of such public hearing having been given at least thirty (30) days prior there-of by publication in a newspaper in general circulation within the District, and all other legal requirements having been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of New Milford Fire Protection District:
Section l. That the following Budget and Appropriation containing an estimate of corporate receipts and expenditures, be and the same is hereby adopted as the Budget and Appropriation of said District for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2021, and ending April 30, 2022.

Section 2. That there is hereby appropriated for use for fire protection purposes for the use of New Milford Fire Protection District in the County of Winnebago and County of Ogle and State of Illinois for corporate purposes for the fiscal year of May 1, 2021, to April 30, 2022, the sum of $602,889.85, said total being divided among the purposes and amounts specified above as estimated expenditures, hereby incorporated by reference as part of this Section 2 and shall be and is the Annual Appropriation Ordinance for this District for said fiscal year commencing May 1, 2021, and ending April 30, 2022.
Section 3. All unexpended balances of any item or items by this Ordinance appropriated may be expended in making up any deficiencies in any item or items afore-said.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be published in a newspaper having a general circulation in said District and shall take effect ten (10) days after being so published.
