NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that on the 27th day of May 2021 at 6:30 p.m., the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS for the Village of New Milford, Illinois, shall convene at the Village Hall, 6771 11th Street, Rockford, IL 61109 to consider the following described zoning matter: A request for a Variance under Section 21-59 of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of New Milford to RR – Rural Residential Section 21-34(4)(c) to allow a rear yard setback of 2′ from 60′ to match existing building for the property commonly known as 6421 11th Street, Rockford, Illinois (PIN: 15-24-151-009).
